Interview Coaching
We run the interviews your athlete will actually face: the postgame scrum, the recruiting conversation, the scholarship panel. I ask questions the way a reporter would, we drill answers on camera, and we fix posture, tone, and filler words as we go. Your athlete leaves with go-to answers they can adapt under pressure.
On-Camera Presence Training
Press conferences, recruiting videos, highlight intros: a camera changes how people carry themselves. I spent my career reviewing tape, and I know the small adjustments that make someone read as confident on screen. We practice until the natural version shows up on the first take.
Media Kit Development
A recruiter should understand your athlete in one page. I design a clean kit with stats, academics, highlights, and the story that sets your athlete apart, formatted so a coach can forward it in one click. You keep a file that works for programs, camps, and brands.
Social Media Review & Guidance
Coaches and brands check the feed before they ever reply. We go through your athlete’s accounts together the way a recruiter would, clean up anything that works against them, and build a simple posting plan that shows their character and their work.
Group Sessions
Media training for the whole roster. I bring the same on-camera drills to athletic programs, club teams, and school groups, so every player gets reps before a reporter or recruiter asks them their first hard question. Formats and pricing scale to team budgets.
